So you're considering if therapy is right for you, and you're not sure what to expect. The first few sessions are essentially getting to know each other and figuring out how we can work together on the things that are important to you. Providing a judgement-free and flexible space allows you to consider what you'd like to be different, and which of the many paths, is the best way toward that for you. We believe therapy can be useful with many different issues and stages in life, and that finding the right fit for that person and that situation is important.

Overall the experience we aim to provide is an accepting and safe space to explore yourself, and better understand yourself. Hanna's approach helps people realize their strengths, develop new skills, and work toward achieving their goals. The sessions are 50 minutes in duration, and in most cases it is recommended to start weekly or fortnightly to build momentum toward your goal. Sessions can be provided face to face in Beenleigh, on videocall or over the phone.

Online Therapy
Online Therapy

At Mindset Health Hub, we understand that it can be difficult to attend therapy in person. That's why we offer online therapy services, so you can receive the support you need from the comfort of your own home, from work or at the local park. Benefits include: time saved usually spent travelling, accessibility, flexibility, access to comfort spaces of your choice, and highly interactive with screen share for resources on demand.

 

Sessions are conducted on a secure and confidential platform to provide online therapy services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Ideally you require a stable internet connection and fully-charged reliable smart-device. Please treat these sessions as you would if we were face to face, ensure your space is safe, private, distraction-free and appropriate for both you and your therapist to do their best work together.
